Terms of Service — Font Converter

1. Acceptance of Terms & Universal Scope

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('the User') and Font Converter ('the Platform'). By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any tool, converter, virtual keyboard, or simulated exam environment hosted on this domain, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you disagree with any portion of these conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. Permitted Use & Service License

Font Converter grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to utilize our tools for both personal and commercial purposes, including:

• Converting corporate, commercial, academic, and personal documents from legacy encodings into modern Unicode standards and vice-versa.
• Composing and publishing regional language text in articles, books, newspapers, legal documents, and digital media.
• Practicing typing speed, rhythm, and accuracy for competitive government recruitment examinations.

Prohibited Actions: You expressly agree that you shall not:

• Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or rate-abusing scripts that degrade server infrastructure or attempt denial-of-service exploits.
• Replicate, frame, mirror, or repackage the proprietary application source code, lookahead ligature algorithms, or exam scoring interfaces into a competing commercial application without explicit written consent.
• Use the platform to process, generate, or distribute defamatory, unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.

3. Font Trademarks & Third-Party Nominative Fair Use

Throughout our application, reference is made to various proprietary, historical, and commercial font names and type foundry products, including but not limited to: Kruti Dev, Devlys, Walkman-Chanakya, Shree Lipi, APS-Prakash, Shivaji, 4C-Gandhi, SutonnyMJ, Bijoy 2000, Avro, Bamini, Anu Script, Nudi, FML, Akruti, InPage, Preeti, and FM Abhaya.

All trademarks, registered trademarks, font designs, and company trade names referenced on this site belong exclusively to their respective creators, copyright holders, and foundries. Reference to these names is made strictly under the doctrine of nominative fair use to accurately describe the legacy font encoding standard being converted or supported. Font Converter is an independent technical platform and is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with any commercial type foundry.

4. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) & Intellectual Property Notice

Font Converter respects the intellectual property rights of all content creators, font designers, and organizations. We do not host, distribute, or pirate proprietary font files (.ttf, .otf, .woff). Our software operates strictly as a mathematical and algorithmic text transliterator that transforms string character encoding codes within memory. If you believe any text passage, guide, or graphic material on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice containing proof of ownership, exact URL location, and contact information to legal@fontconverter.com for immediate review and resolution.

5. Service Availability & Maintenance SLA

We endeavor to maintain 99.9% platform availability. However, Font Converter is delivered across globally distributed edge delivery networks. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update conversion tables, keyboard layouts, and exam passages at any time to improve accuracy or deploy security enhancements without prior notice.

6. Warranty Disclaimers & Professional Proofreading

All converters, transliteration algorithms, and exam simulators are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our syllable-reordering state machines achieve over 99.9% conversion accuracy across standard literature, the User acknowledges that:

• Linguistic variations, corrupted legacy font inputs, and non-standard typewriter conventions may occasionally produce unexpected character combinations.
• Users are strictly responsible for conducting final proofreading and editorial review before submitting converted texts to court proceedings, government departments, commercial printing presses, or legal registries.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Under no circumstances shall Font Converter, its developers, operators, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, typographical errors in printed publications, exam disqualification, data loss, or business interruption. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Font Converter from any third-party claims or demands arising from your breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Jurisdiction & Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
